Job Opening for Senior Culinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to lead our Indian F&B kitchen, specializing in Coastal Andhra Cuisine, South Indian, North Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes.

About the Role:
  • Tandoori Section: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including marinades, gravies, soups, rice, and mise-en-place.
  • North Indian Ala-Carte Section: Cook North Indian curries, soups, snacks, starters, biryanis, and rice dishes with precision and flair.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom activities efficiently, ensuring inventory management and ordering supplies.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in a reputable North Indian kitchen, with strong culinary skills and techniques. Physical fitness is essential for this role, as well as the ability to read, write, and understand simple English.

Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: 10+2 JC levels ITE Poly (Culinary skills) preferred or Minimum O'Level 10th Standard, Sec 4
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years work in a reputed North Indian kitchen
  • Physical Fitness
  • Ability to read, write, and understand simple English
