We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our team at Euphoria Education Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons to children (primarily aged 3 to 9) in 1-to-1 and small group formats (max. 6 students).
  • Contribute to curriculum development and resource improvement.
  • Monitor each student's learning progress and source or adapt supplementary materials to address learning needs, while following the Centre's curriculum framework and progression guidelines.
  • Coordinate with and support part-time teachers by guiding them on lesson planning, monitoring their students' progress, and ensuring consistent teaching quality.
  • Conduct assessments for new students and provide parent consultations.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND PARENTS TO SUPPORT LEARNING AND RETENTION.
Qualifications:
  • Achieve an accurate pronunciation for spoken English with a universally recognisable accent.
  • Diploma holders and fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching are also welcome to apply; training will be provided. Experience in teaching preschool, lower primary school or EFL children a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic conversational Chinese to foster strong connections and actively engage with parents in supporting their child's learning journey.
  • Works well independently, showing initiative and taking responsibility for driving tasks forward.
  • Personable and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for working with young children and building meaningful connections.
  • Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
