  • Develop novel deposition strategies and intellectual property for semiconductor applications.
  • Conduct R&D on film growth using ALD/CVD, including chemical formulations, process flow, and device characterizations.
  • Prepare project plans for semiconductor films growth and execute deliverables from planning to implementation.
  • Engage with business units and clients to optimize and scale up deposition processes.
  • Troubleshoot root causes and engage teams to implement proposed solutions.
">">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Good fundamental knowledge and working experience in ALD/CVD, thin film deposition principles, and semiconductor device fabrication are required.

">

Experience in Si and Metal precursor-based ALD/CVD techniques, characterization, and fabrication techniques for 2D devices and Si Photonics is highly preferred.

">

Working experience in thin film growth and material characterizations, good knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions, and understanding of how ALD/CVD is used in semiconductor applications are essential.

A Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering is required.
