">">Key Responsibilities">- Develop novel deposition strategies and intellectual property for semiconductor applications.
- Conduct R&D on film growth using ALD/CVD, including chemical formulations, process flow, and device characterizations.
- Prepare project plans for semiconductor films growth and execute deliverables from planning to implementation.
- Engage with business units and clients to optimize and scale up deposition processes.
- Troubleshoot root causes and engage teams to implement proposed solutions.
Good fundamental knowledge and working experience in ALD/CVD, thin film deposition principles, and semiconductor device fabrication are required.
">Experience in Si and Metal precursor-based ALD/CVD techniques, characterization, and fabrication techniques for 2D devices and Si Photonics is highly preferred.
">Working experience in thin film growth and material characterizations, good knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions, and understanding of how ALD/CVD is used in semiconductor applications are essential.
">A Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering is required.
