Job Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled portfolio and project management professional to provide expertise in cross-business planning and delivery.

This role includes developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior management in the efficient use of project management tools.

You will be a key partner in supporting integrated planning, stakeholder reporting, and steering committee meetings while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing cross-BU global portfolio / program / project management guidelines, processes, and tools aligned with international standards.
  • Analyzing and benchmarking global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects using standardized performance indicators.
  • Escalating portfolio issues to relevant committees as required.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and distributing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance.
  • Guiding senior management in effective use of project management tools and tailoring reporting for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Program / Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC).
  • Proven knowledge of Portfolio / Program / Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in process management and KPI systems.
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills.
