High-Frequency Trading Expert

We are seeking a seasoned High-Frequency Trader to lead and scale trading strategies across South East Asian markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and expanding high-performance trading books, designing latency-sensitive strategies using a data-driven approach, and leveraging in-house and cloud-based infrastructure to scale profitable strategies.

  • Independently manage and expand a high-performance trading book focused on South East Asian equities, futures, or derivatives
  • Design and refine latency-sensitive strategies using a research-heavy approach
  • Leverage in-house and cloud-based infrastructure to scale profitable strategies
  • Collaborate with global teams of engineers, quants, and traders to continuously optimize performance

Requirements:

  • At least 2–5 years of HFT trading experience with a demonstrable P&L track record
  • Strong understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and alpha signal development
  • Proficiency in Python and/or C++, and comfort working with large datasets in a research-driven environment
  • Prior exposure to South East Asia markets is essential
  • Based in India, Singapore, or the US — or willing to relocate / collaborate across time zones
