Teaching Assistant - Primary School

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to support the growth and development of our students in a primary school setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children and want to make a real difference in their lives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teacher in the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation, and providing individualized support to students as needed.

You will also be required to maintain a safe and organized learning environment, prepare materials and resources for lessons, and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the teacher in the classroom, including lesson preparation and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to students as needed, including academic support and behavioral guidance
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, including preparing materials and resources for lessons
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and parents, including reporting student progress and sharing ideas for student engagement
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a primary school setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
