Job Summary:
The Factory Leadership Specialist will lead various projects in our factory, driving quality and efficiency while maintaining compliance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, and prior Plant Management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects in the factory to drive quality and efficiency
- Provide site leadership for EHS programs and sustainability efforts to maintain compliance and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute a multi-year plant investment plan in coordination with business leaders and business partners
- Encourage and develop the production team for greater performance
- Implement and share best practices with the global production team
- Coordinate communication and interactions with governmental agencies, including requests for information, investigations/inspections, and enforcement activities
- Participate in and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications
