Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Marketing and Sales teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional to gain hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and develop valuable skills in data analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
You will collaborate closely with our sales team to monitor customer satisfaction, track leads, and ensure data accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting CRM inquiries, preparing customer databases for marketing initiatives, and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and track unattended leads
- Troubleshoot CRM inquiries and coordinate with the Customer Interaction Centre team
- Prepare customer databases for birthday cards, Chinese New Year red packets, and Christmas EDM activations
- Cleanse databases to meet Data Quality Index KPIs
- Maintain data integrity by contacting customers for missing information
- Update customer profiles and assist the sales team with reallocating sales consultants
- Support the implementation of new reconsents and assist with reconsent campaigns
- Assist the sales team with every car registration process, ensuring timely delivery of gift items
- Update the database with the latest customer data from Qualtrics survey submissions
- Support marketing projects and track campaign effectiveness
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Marketing, or relevant field
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organized, analytical, and quality-oriented, able to work independently
- Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
