Job Overview

Maintain and enhance the overall Crisis Management and Business Continuity efforts for Marina Bay Sands and Security Service Department.

About the Role

  • Support the development, administration, and coordination of emergency response and business continuity strategies.
  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for key departments.
  • Draft and maintain emergency response plans, operating procedures, briefing materials, and reports.
  • Conduct training, drills, and exercises with MBS Departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the secretariat duties of the Crisis Management Business Continuity Working Group.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Vice President, Security Service Department.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certification in Business Continuity is an asset.
  • Experience in risk management and business continuity is beneficial.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
