Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead our infrastructure management team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Linux, Unix, and other operating systems, with hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and security.

Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance infrastructure solutions;
  • Managing and securing enterprise-level systems, including OS patching, virtualization, and backup/recovery processes;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies;
  • Maintaining and improving existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge;
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team;
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying expertise to drive business growth and success;

Requirements
To succeed as a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist at ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD., you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Linux, Unix, and other operating systems;
  • Hands-on experience with OS patching, virtualization, backup/recovery processes, and security measures;
  • Expertise in networking protocols, TCP/IP, and hardware configuration;
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices;
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines;
