Job Title: Loan Officer

At AERO CREDIT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for handling loan applications, assessing each case, and ensuring the validity and accuracy of the information provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers through various channels, including telephone, electronically, or in person.
  • Keep accurate records of customer payment history and transactions.
  • Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents, and verify the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Conduct interviews with borrowers to assess each case.
  • Explain loan details and terms to borrowers, ensuring they understand the contract.
  • Provide borrowers with a copy of the Note of Contract and completed application form after loan approval.

Requirements:

  • 4 "O" Level passes, including a grade C6 and above for English, or higher.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including a 5.5-day work week.
  • Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office skills and applications.
  • Self-motivated with a team-player attitude and ability to work remotely using technology.
  • Outgoing personality is an advantage.

Important Note: This role requires physical presence on-site for duties and is not suitable for remote work.
