**Job Title:** IT Governance Specialist

We are seeking an IT Governance Specialist to support the Architecture and Engineering division. The role focuses on governance, reporting, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Excel/PowerPoint reports for tracking key performance indicators.
  • Utilize JIRA, PPM tools, and Qlik dashboards to track project initiatives and provide insights.
  • Update and manage SharePoint content, standard operating procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Support vendor and invoice tracking, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in compliance and audit activities through reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to maintain reference materials and standards.

Requirements (Must Have):

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Macros.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, PPM tools, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up discipline.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
