Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and producing automation tools to increase firm efficiency and accuracy. They will also utilize various technologies, including Python scripting, to research and analyze reconciliation issues.
Additionally, the Trade Operations Specialist will identify and implement technology and process improvement opportunities, assist with position management, trade checks, t+1 reconciliation, and trade post-execution.
They will ensure that all trades have been reconciled appropriately and review and reconcile invoices from brokers to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate will be an independent leader on projects that improve our trading operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and produce automation tools to increase firm efficiency and accuracy
- Utilize various technologies, including Python scripting, to research and analyze reconciliation issues
- Identify and implement technology and process improvement opportunities
- Assist with position management, trade checks, t+1 reconciliation, and trade post-execution
- Ensure that all trades have been reconciled appropriately
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong quantitative and communication skills
- Experience in Python object-oriented programming
- Ability to automate and improve processes by applying other technical tools such as VBA, scripting, VB.net and SQL
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
