Technical Delivery Lead - Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT delivery and project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

About the Role

The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This includes defining and enforcing technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Delivery: Oversee the delivery of technical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet business and compliance needs.
  • Define Technical Standards: Develop and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes, including SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing.
  • Provide Leadership: Provide leadership and stakeholder management, working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Change Leads to drive alignment and transparency.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor delivery progress, track KPIs and risks, and provide timely reporting with mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: At least a diploma in Computer Science or related certifications.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in IT delivery or project management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of application architectures, cloud platforms, system security, and compliance in regulated industries. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, ITIL frameworks and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
