Training Coordinator Position

The training coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing pre-course arrangements, and providing on-site assistance during training events.

  • Coordinate venue booking, room setup, and equipment preparation.
  • Manage signage, materials, and resource checks prior to courses.
  • Provide support during training events to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolve issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent qualification in HR, People Development, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including registration processing, attendance tracking, and provider coordination.
  • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
