Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of renovation and construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Meet with potential clients, agents, and business partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Attend site meetings, client briefings, and site measurements to ensure that projects are on track and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare tender documentation, obtain necessary permits and licenses, and handle documentation work to facilitate project progress.
  • Develop and implement project plans, methodologies, and timelines to achieve successful project completion.
  • Evaluate project progress, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement to maximize efficiency and reduce project costs.
  • Effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • C coordinate with sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Architecture or Building
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related industry
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
