Our Financial Services Tax Advisory and Compliance Practice
Job DescriptionA career opportunity exists for financial services tax consultants / lawyers to join our team. We are seeking experienced professionals to advise on tax matters across various sectors including banking, insurance, investment management, and real estate.
The work is varied and ranges from tax compliance to fund structuring, financing transactions, global information reporting, securities taxes and tax disputes. Our team focuses on delivering regional and global engagements from Singapore.
You will be responsible for preparation of tax computations, assisting with tax research, assisting with the preparation of tax advice, preparation of proposals and presentations, and assisting with business development.
We offer a diverse range of financial services tax advisory and compliance work as well as regional and international tax project experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA; An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
- At least 1 to 3 years of business tax experience, preferably with an international accounting or law firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An inquisitive and analytical mind and an attention to fine detail.
- Commitment to providing excellent client service.
- Commitment to the professional development of self and the team.
- Ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines.
