Job Description

Cognita operates 11 schools in 5 countries, serving over 16,000 students. Our regional team in Singapore supports schools across various functions. We seek dynamic individuals who thrive in collaborative and inclusive environments.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to develop and lead Cognita's Enrichment portfolio of educational experiences. This role involves designing and executing a strategy to deliver enrichment programs, tuition, extracurricular activities, and family learning across international schools in Asia.

About the Role

This Director will build the business from the ground up, leveraging existing enrichment offers and holiday camps managed within Cognita, launching new pilots across Asia, and expanding regionally. The goal is to enhance student learning, foster community engagement, and increase the value of being part of the Cognita network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch a high-impact, multi-market strategy to deliver enrichment programs.
  • Design and execute a business plan to expand regionally.
  • Foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders and manage multi-market operations.
  • Build relationships with school communities and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
  • Lead project and program management teams to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role in education, enrichment, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling educational products or services.
  • Experience managing multi-market operations and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and innovate.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for education, learning, and student development.
  • High integrity and alignment with Cognita's purpose and values.
  • Culturally sensitive and adaptable across diverse school communities.
