Job Title: Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive organisational performance and deliver strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of operational plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.

This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a related field and be familiar with facilities management and commercial operations.

In this role, you will provide leadership to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will be accountable for implementing effective processes and systems, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling business growth.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity.
