**Culinary Team Member Role Summary**

We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Assistant to deliver high-quality culinary experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cooking, food preparation and presentation while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food products to meet customer expectations
  • Manage inventory levels, stock receipt and maintain kitchen supplies
  • Uphold personal hygiene and dress code standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments
  • Support the service crew during quiet periods
Requirements:
  • Basic cooking skills to prepare bar food (mainly deep-frying)
  • Ability to research and develop simple dishes
  • Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented personality
  • Team player with discipline and self-starting qualities
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
