We are seeking an experienced Digital E-Commerce Strategist to join our team at AI&MI PTE. LTD.

About the Role

As a Digital E-Commerce Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms, developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility, collaborating with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and brand awareness across multiple regional online marketplaces.
  • Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies and enhance user experience.
  • Product Listings & Merchandising:
  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Digital Marketing Integration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and influencer collaborations.
  • Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Customer Service and Inventory Management:
  • Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and their applications in e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze platform performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
