Regional Financial Planning Analyst

The company is seeking a commercially driven Regional FP&A Analyst to support key initiatives including system form project evaluation, financial reporting, cost analysis, and the development of financial tools and systems.
You will collaborate closely with multiple functional and country FP&A teams to provide actionable insights, enhance financial modelling and forecasting, and support strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.
Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager, you will collaborate closely with functional teams and country FP&A counterparts to conduct detailed cost analyses that support strategic pricing decisions.
Responsibilities include managing monthly reporting deliverables such as business variance reviews (BVR), monitoring project costs, and conducting variance analyses.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred.
Relevant years of experience in a similar FP&A or analytical role.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; experience with BI and reporting tools desirable.
