Job Title: Data Analyst - Performance Optimisation

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our business strategy. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data visualisations to facilitate data analysis and storytelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data practices remain innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, or related field
  • Proven track record in research and solutions to business problems leveraging techniques from economics or related disciplines
  • Strong coding skills in R, Python, SQL, and other programming languages
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a tech company
