About the Role:
The Trade Analysis Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive trade support to the Dealhandling team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. The role involves analyzing trade data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve business performance.
- Perform post-trade processing activities, including reconciliation and documentation.
- Enter deals into respective systems upon traders' request.
- Update deals and strategies in trading systems, perform profit realization, and strategy closure for Physical and Paper trades.
- Update MOPS price and other price sheets as requested.
- Provide tender support for Crude desk and other benches if required.
- Drive projects, improvements, and best practices agenda in Dealhandling.
- Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting.
- Contribute to operational readiness for new business from Trade Assistance perspective.
- Provide ad hoc support and duties upon requests from traders or line manager.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate any legal risks.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in commodity trading, asset management, hedging, and risk management would be advantageous.
