Job Title:

Business Development Internship

About the Role:

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the investment life cycle, focusing on infrastructure investing. You will support the investment team in identifying and evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing acquisitions and divestments, and monitoring post-closing activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of papers, presentations, and other materials related to investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on projects and fund-raising initiatives.
Learning Outcomes:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the investment life cycle.
  • Develop expertise in key considerations for infrastructure investing.
  • Gain exposure to live transactions (where possible).
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, financial modeling, and fundamental research will be highly desirable.
