Administrative Department Manager

The role of the Administrative Department Manager at LIFE GAME PTE. LTD. is to lead and develop the administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing the team's overall capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the annual work plan for the administrative department in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office cleaning and maintenance to ensure a tidy and organized workspace. Coordinate with property management to address any office-related issues.
- Procurement: Develop and execute procurement plans for office supplies, equipment, and other administrative materials. Effectively control costs and improve procurement efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize administrative workflows and improve efficiency, such as introducing digital tools to streamline administrative procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute company-wide internal events, such as team-building activities and holiday celebrations, to enhance employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor the administrative department's budget. Allocate resources effectively to ensure administrative expenses are within budget.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Preference given to candidates majoring in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of administrative management or related work experience. Experience in administrative management for a local Singaporean company is preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and administrative management software.
- Possesses strong written and spoken English skills, and is able to communicate effectively in Chinese, particularly when working with Chinese teams.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster teamwork. Demonstrates a high degree of responsibility and dedication.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve administrative issues. Possesses strong adaptability and decision-making skills.
S$80,000 - S$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
