Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Ensure all hotel public areas, including the lobby, lounge, gym, and guest walkways, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained in accordance with our hotel's standards.
    • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring all amenities are in place and rooms are ready for check-in.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Ensure all floor pantry areas are well-stocked and organized, adhering to fire safety regulations.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to the Cabin Crew Manager.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Report any incidents or missing items to the Cabin Crew Manager immediately.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve our cleaning and maintenance goals.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with high energy and enthusiasm.
    • Basic understanding of the English language.
    • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Desirable Skills
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance and inventory management principles.
