At RHB BANK BERHAD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Transaction Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions, including loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers, redemptions, and monitoring.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing GL reconciliation, identifying operational risks, and implementing measures to mitigate these risks. You will also work closely with our Team Lead to ensure that audit ratings are satisfactory or better, and CRA ratings are at least 'On Target' or better.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily BAU operations, including loan disbursements, repayments, fee collections, prepayments, rollovers, redemptions, and monitoring
- Ensure accuracy and meet agreed turnaround times with business units while avoiding operational risks and losses
- Maintain good business relationships/partnerships with key stakeholders, aligning actions to customer needs
- Support departmental efforts to improve productivity, efficiency, and lower costs via continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to resolve BAU issues and improve cooperation between teams
- Participate in process digitalization or automation initiatives
- Identify operational risks and implement measures/controls to plug risk gaps
- Work with Team Lead to ensure no/minimal operational lapses/financial losses
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year related experience in a financial institution in credit processing for all credit products
- Resourceful and a good team player
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
