Senior Product Development Engineer Role

The Product Development team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to join their dynamic group.

  • Lead the design, development, and testing of innovative products and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA) to resolve design-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct performance analysis, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering high-quality results on time.

Additional requirements include:

  • Expertise in SolidWorks, CATIA, or other CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
