Audit Assistant Manager Position

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of engagements, including client acceptance, engagement planning, execution, and finalization of an audit engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business development opportunities. They will also be accountable for ensuring that the audit engagement is executed within budget and timeline, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in compliance with professional standards and requirements.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement in audit methodology and process. They will also assume a greater role in professional development activities, such as training, staff recruitment, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of engagements, including client acceptance, engagement planning, execution, and finalization.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify new business development opportunities.
  • Ensure the audit engagement is executed within budget and timeline.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in audit methodology and process.
  • Assume a greater role in professional development activities, such as training, staff recruitment, and resource planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of working experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or Audit Manager.
