Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing multichannel strategies, analyzing partner/channel performance, and recommending reallocations of marketing and operational resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and deploying models to optimize acquisition, analyzing partner/channel performance, and recommending reallocations of marketing and operational resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Industry Experience: 5+ years in life insurance or financial services analytics with deep knowledge of distribution models.

Proven experience optimizing multichannel strategies.

Experience leading strategic analytics engagements with cross-functional leaders.

Ability to clearly articulate model outcomes to non-technical partners.

Proven ability to make complex data science concepts comprehensible to various types of audiences.

Technical Familiarity (Good to Have): Familiarity with Databricks, Google Vertex AI, and BigQuery is considered a plus.
