Infrastructure Mastery Lead

As an Infrastructure Mastery Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our current AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

  • Maintain and improve our current AWS infrastructure with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
  • Design, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments (dev, staging, production) to streamline software delivery.
  • Support engineering teams on SRE-related tasks, including troubleshooting, monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and set up infrastructure for new projects and services, promoting agile development practices.
  • Work closely with the security team to ensure best practices are followed and security issues are mitigated properly and timely, maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
  • Closely monitor AWS bills and continuously optimize infra costs, ensuring financial sustainability and value.
  • Contribute to automation efforts, tooling improvements, and overall DevOps strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of total IT/software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on DevOps, delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong AWS experience (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred), with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Terraform is a must, as well as background as a developer, preferably with knowledge of one major programming language such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS Codepipeline, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.), with a solid understanding of Kubernetes and AWS EKS, ensuring seamless containerization and deployment.
  • A deep understanding of SRE concepts, monitoring, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), enabling proactive issue resolution and optimization.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced product development and ability to work in an agile environment, prioritizing adaptability and collaboration.
  • Good understanding of security best practices, including secrets management and least privilege, maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
  • Bonus: Experience with blockchain infrastructure and deployments, as well as knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), expanding expertise and versatility.
