Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Lead a fast-paced FP&A team to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to take on a leadership role in our Corporate FP&A function. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis frameworks that align with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
