Job Summary

FPT ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to enhance user experiences by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces.

About the Role
  • Design user-centered interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Utilize Agile frameworks such as Scrum to contribute to the design and development of digital products.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least a Diploma in Interactive Design, Visual Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a User Experience Designer.
  • Proven experience in at least one (1) project utilizing Scrum or an equivalent Agile development framework.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI and interaction design work.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Salesforce design systems and tools is advantageous, along with knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.

The salary for this role is estimated at SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
