**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our piano music school, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and enquiries and handle all correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Enroll new students and arrange teacher schedules to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Assist the Centre Manager in all matters at the Centre, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain the Centre's common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner, reflecting positively on our organisation.
  • Manage petty cash, keeping accurate records which are to be submitted on a monthly basis.
  • Collect Assessment Fees and Term Fees, issuing receipts promptly to customers.
  • Receive applications for assessment or term fees, processing them efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Training provided for entry-level candidates who can commit to working on weekends, with every Monday off.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $1,700 - $2,000 (gross: $3,000)
  • Entitled to AWS + Performance Bonus + Sales Bonus

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday - Friday: 2:30 pm to 9 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 9 am to 6:30 pm
