Beauty Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Manager to lead our team of beauty professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the beauty industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of beauty professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in facial services.
- Proven track record of success in sales and service performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for managing budgets and finances.
