We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team at ATT Systems. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for one of our business subsidiaries.

Your key tasks include:

  • Full set of accounts management, including cash flow, bank reconciliation, and GST filing
  • General ledger management and operations
  • Journal entry preparation for accruals, prepayments, and provisions, and maintaining recurring journals for the subsidiary
  • Monthly and yearly account closing within the stipulated deadline
  • Monthly intercompany reinvoicing
  • Intercompany and account reconciliation
  • Timely submission of monthly reporting for consolidation reporting

You will be involved in year-end audit preparation, tax computation, and submission of all other statutory obligations. Preparation of audit schedules and liaison with banks are also part of your responsibilities.

In a senior role, you will assist junior executives on financial procedures and systems, review and recommend policies and work processes, support strategic planning initiatives, and extract data for management analysis.

We look for profiles with a Diploma in Accounting, at least 3 years of experience in full set of accounts, and MS Dynamics Navision knowledge. Experience in the construction industry is preferred, along with project cost accounting expertise.
