About the Role

The Logistics Planner will be responsible for monitoring space allocation, freight tracking, and airline inquiries. They will also create and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar industry or field, but we welcome candidates without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Planner will perform the following tasks:

  • Plan and manage space allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Track and monitor freight movements
  • Coordinate with airlines on rate inquiries and other matters
  • Create and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers
  • Produce progress reports and summaries for stakeholders
  • Handle RFQ and TENDER requests
  • Work closely with sales team to provide solutions to customers
  • Familiarize themselves with buying and selling rates from customers and airlines
  • Plan BUP shipments for consolidation
