Key Role Summary

This is an advanced middle office professional position for a Singapore location. The ideal candidate has experience in institutional middle office / settlements and a broad understanding of cryptocurrency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily profit and loss statements across trading desks, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with the Front Office to resolve any issues.
  • Review and verify trade details to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Work closely with the OTC team to optimize operational workflows and support automation efforts to handle increasing trade volumes efficiently.
  • Calculate and consolidate monthly brokerage data for reporting purposes. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and clearly presented.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining detailed trade and risk documentation.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or profit and loss reporting; exposure to digital assets or structured products preferred.
  • Flexibility with working hours - as this role may require availability outside standard office hours to support trading activities or reconciliations.
  • Genuine interest in the crypto space, with a strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals (e.g., how transactions work, wallet infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a fast-learning mindset.
  • Organised, dependable, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially when dealing with regional counterparties or documentation.
