English Language Instructor

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Tutor to join our team. As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English Language lessons to upper primary school children.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging English Language lessons to upper primary school children, fostering a love for the subject and developing their language skills.
  • Update homework records, monitor progress, mark worksheets and composition writing, record attendance, and update results/score sheets.
  • Provide detailed written feedback to help students improve and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create effective teaching strategies and resources that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular and constructive feedback on their child's progress.

Requirements:
  • A degree in English Language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring English language to upper primary school children is essential.
  • Certification in Teaching English Language as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent is a plus.
