Job Title: Brand Marketing Lead

Tengyun Foot Massage is looking for a results-driven Brand Marketing Lead to drive branding and promotional efforts.

This strategic role will focus on enhancing customer acquisition, building long-term brand loyalty, and shaping the public perception of our wellness and foot therapy services.

The ideal candidate has a flair for storytelling, a strong grasp of marketing analytics, and a customer-first mindset. Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase walk-in clients and online bookings.
  • Manage the development of promotional materials, visuals, and in-store collaterals aligned with brand identity.
  • Work closely with operations and front-line staff to ensure marketing efforts align with service delivery.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and recommend strategies for market positioning.
  • Act as brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements include:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Previous managerial role within retail, wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
  3. Proven ability to run integrated campaigns and increasing customer engagement.
  4. Strong marketing sense with experience in in-house promotions, branding, or loyalty programs.
  5. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
