**Job Title:** Human Resources Specialist for Payroll and Work Pass Administration
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at TMS ALLIANCES PTE. LTD. as a Human Resources Specialist for Payroll and Work Pass Administration.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Certificate or Diploma or Degree in HR Management and more than 1 year of experience in HR. You must also have experience in payroll processing and administration, and be familiar with the Employment Act. Additionally, knowledge in payroll system and Pay Advisor Mobile would be an advantage.
About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining staff particulars lists, preparing and updating general worker contracts, salary review letters, renewal contracts/letters, and creating PAM users for general workers. You will also process payroll, assist in e-appraisal and quarterly climate survey, administer work pass administration, including application, renewal, and termination, as well as permanent residence application. Furthermore, you will administer employee benefits and entitlements, notify WICA insurance for new and resigned employees, and provide administrative support for internal and external audits.
About Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on your experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.
