Biology Expertise Consultant for AI Development

At our organization, we aim to improve AI models through expert human feedback. To achieve this goal, we seek advanced Biology experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems.
Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Biology is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to develop and answer Biology-related questions to refine AI understanding, as well as assess and rank AI responses based on scientific rigor.
The ideal candidate should possess
- a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology or a related field (enrollment acceptable)
- Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions preferred
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English with minimal errors
