Job Summary:

JASON ELECTRONICS (PTE) LTD is seeking an experienced Distributor Channel Sales Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals through the distribution channel.

Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success. They should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for distribution channels to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell products or services through the distribution channel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in the distribution channel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within the distribution channel.
  • Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure that the distribution channel is profitable and operating within financial targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, with sales director, and market trends to the management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as operations, procurement finance, and marketing to ensure that the distribution strategy is aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the distribution channel.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in working in a sales environment, and achieving sales targets.
  • Preferred Experience in the distribution channel, preferably in the marine communications industry, and in Asia markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends in the distribution channel.
