Warehouse Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Professional will be responsible for coordinating daily activities with customers and transporters, planning orders to meet shipment delivery/collection timelines, managing inbound/outbound shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of shipment documents and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities with customers and transporters
  • Plan orders to meet shipment delivery/collection timelines
  • Manage inbound/outbound shipments
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of shipment documents and reports
  • Perform cycle count administration and update records in SAP/WMS systems
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Report non-conformances to the Executive
  • Able to lift goods (~15–20kg) when required

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of warehouse operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & WMS
  • Min O Level
