Quality Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering leader to define and drive our organization-wide quality engineering strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and shape the future of quality engineering.


About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of modern quality engineering practices and excellent leadership skills to oversee multiple teams.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-year QA strategy that integrates test automation, CI/CD pipelines, data-driven metrics, and emerging AI testing methodologies.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and continuously refining standards, frameworks, and tools to drive efficient and effective testing practices.
  • The role requires strong communication skills to advocate for quality initiatives across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in Quality Engineering or Software Engineering, including notable leadership or managerial responsibilities in large-scale environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing quality frameworks and automation strategies in complex, distributed systems.
  • Experience in AI-driven testing, including working knowledge of agentic AI automation tools, machine-learning-based testing methodologies, and AI application verification approaches.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps culture and practices, including containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.
