Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Management on the day-to-day operation of the asset, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conversant and knowledgeable in all aspects of both hard and soft facilities management.
  • Supervise and ensure safe, smooth, and effective operation of the asset, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise service providers in fulfilling their contractual obligations, collaborating with internal teams for resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all procedures and guidelines for works in the premise, with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Assist with building improvement, A&A, defect rectification, renovation, and reinstatement works as assigned.
  • Source comparative vendors/contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works as required.
  • Conduct daily safety and sustainability inspections, promptly attending to emergencies as needed.
  • Process and perform risk management and assessment for works to be executed.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, including NEA, BCA, LTA, and URA.
  • Assist in tender document scoping, scheduling for interviews, and awarding process.
  • Follow up with internal and external parties for submission of necessary documents.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.
  • Attend to shoppers, tenants, and stakeholders' requests promptly.

Requirements for Success:

  • GCE 'N'/'O' Levels/Nitec in Engineering, Real Estate, Facility Management, or related field and above.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar function.
  • A penchant for details, people relations, and as a self-starter.
  • Experience in mixed-development (retail & office) operation is advantageous.
  • Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends/public holidays and on-call.
