Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Purchaser to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize quality, cost, and delivery across the entire supply chain.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and review opportunities for alternative materials and/or suppliers to meet business objectives.
  • Support various aspects of business operations, including supplier and vendor RFQ, price and lead time negotiations, procurement functions, and order processing.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, and planning, order management, sub-con management, production management, freight, or similar.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Asian suppliers.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in SAP B1 and Odoo is an added advantage.
Working Hours:

9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Friday), 5 days a week.

Salary Range: SGD $3,000 to 5,000.
