Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwashing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing area.

  • Operate commercial dishwashing machines to wash all utensils and dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
  • Scrub and sanitize dirty dishes, pots, and pans
  • Hand-wash specific items that cannot be washed by machine
Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of hygiene

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dishwashing area and surrounding areas

• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with minimal disruption to other staff members

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular cleaning and sanitizing schedules

• Report any equipment or supply issues to management

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service environment

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects
