We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our admissions department, you will be responsible for handling admission and discharge related matters, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
">Key Responsibilities:
Manage the pre-admission process, including coordination of nursing assessments, financial counselling, and admission paperwork.
Handle post-admission and discharge matters, such as maintaining resident records, assisting with financial assistance applications, and coordinating with Medical Social Workers.
Prepare letters, reports, and documentation to ensure efficient administrative flow.
E nsure all resident information, case files, and data are properly recorded and kept up to date.
Support departmental KPIs by optimizing efficiency and accuracy in admission-related processes.
Assist with debt management, reminding clients on due payments and outstanding balances.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administration, healthcare, or social service sector.
IT savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; client-oriented with a service mindset.
A proactive team player who can work independently when required.
